Deliverable D5.4 describes the packaging design and the packaging approach of the Module 3 (dual polarization transmitter), Module 4 (dual-polarization receiver) and Module 5 (quad IQ transmitter) of PANTHER project.

Deliverable D5.5 describes the methodology and the specific steps of the hybrid 2D/3D integration approach in reference to any future integration and final packaging of module-6.
